Jakarta’s traffic can’t stop us from being productive! On Friday afternoon we went to Galeries Lafayette Pacific Place to learn how to make botanical wax sachet from Kaminari. We love Kaminari products! We’ve bought their scented candle and wax sachet before to make our office space, room looks pretty and smells relaxing.
The class started with an introduction from the owner of Kaminari, Vina Kosasih and Vini from Mau Belajar Apa who arranged this workshop. The students also start to introduce themselves and share the reason of joining for this workshop. Every student has similar reasons, for their fond of aromatherapy or their interest of decoration. For us, it’s both!
Vina Kosasih continue the class with introducing the botanical wax sachet that she made. Students will make two batches of wax sachet; Square and Round wax sachet.
Then students are allowed to choose the dried flowers that we want to apply it to the sachet. Lemon and Cinnamon rod makes perfect combination! After that, students can choose the colorful wax cubes that are specially made by Kaminari. There are lots of fragrance oil too that we can infuse in our wax sachet. Students can combine it, according to their taste.
The students are all occupied to design their wax sachet with their selected dried flowers while waiting for the wax to melt. Not to worry, for students who needed advice how to arrange the flowers, Vina is ready to assist.
No doubt, the results are beautiful! We were amazed by how the fragrance and dried flowers perfectly blends in the wax sachet. Students are allowed to bring home their handmade botanical wax sachet home for decoration or hung it in closet. It’s so pretty that we can give this as a gift!
Make your home smell and look pretty with Kaminari botanical wax sachet.
